We also expect that judgment to be guided by an attitude of public service and protection of the innocent.

Absolutely. But the suspect in this case wasn't innocent. He disobeyed a lawful order to stop, ran, and probably disobeyed other orders we couldn't hear in the video. He also had something in his pocket that was another crime in all likelihood. All things you don't want to discuss for an obvious reason. You also don't want to discuss the actions the suspect took and didn't take that makes him primarily responsible for the condition he is in.

I know! I know!!! Because it's pure speculation on your part???

You cop groupies accuse us of being kneejerk, but you're trashing a guy and a situation you obviously know nothing about, pulling stuff out of your...un, ear.

You really are not helping the credibility of yourself or of cops, you know.

Uh, that hasn't been proven moonman. According to the report, some witnesses claimed they heard the cops identify themselves as cops, conflicting witnesses claimed they never heard any such thing......

The jury trial will air all this out.......
