This young man is disabled because instead of being a supportive husband at home with his wife and not allowing her to support them with her salary, decided to go to a dark alley, buy drugs, then run from the cops when they asked him to stop.

You have no proof of any of this, yet you use it to justify police brutality. At some point here there will be another OKC bombing and you will demand more protection. Maybe we should stop the abuse of power before we arrive at that point.
