I saw the video also. EAGLE7 is not a liar. The video shows the kid slowing down and then the cop coming in at a run. The cop had been chasing him for 2 1/2 blocks.
Why would this kid pay a buddy $60 to drive him from Olympia to a dark alley in Seattle in the middle of the night? Can we say d.r.u.g.s?
Then the man was not running away. The video does not show the man running away. The video shows the man being hit at high speed and having his head jammed into the concrete wall at high speed.

Clearly this man was attempting to run from the cops and he knew they were cops. He clearly discards something from his pocket as he slows down (But is still running not standing still) Like I first said, I am wasting my time with the Cop bashers here on FR. At least you have common sense.
