You reminded me of one of my more embarrassing moments on FR. A guy signed up as Richard Kimble. I freepmailed him and asked him to change his handle so people wouldn't confuse us. He tried, and got banned for using multiple aliases.
I started a thread campaign to get him back on. Made a complete jerk of myself, but he did get another handle and got on.

When I changed from citizenX to Mr_Magoo I announced it by saying that citizenX could not post anymore because of his penchant for using BOLD TYPE he ran out of his allotment of pixels. LOL!

In a similar event I started a Departure-Opus thread for Storm Orphan who got himself banned. He was surprised since he and I ofteN argued on the Libertarian hreads. He got word to me of his appreciation but I couldn’t get him unbanned and Jim pulled my thread.
I have had endless arguements with liberterians but made good freinds with a number of them despite that.
