Hate to say it, but he’ll just get a boat and high powered lens and take pictures from the water.
I’d bet anything they’ll raise the old house one the new one is done. If they’re smart, they’ll plant trees to give them more privacy on that side.

If I were one of the Palin family, I would arrange a show for Mr McGinnnises’ benefit. Perhaps make up a tantalizing tail end of a conversation as I stepped out onto the patio ( Our Masters at Haliburton will be most pleased), or just wave at him while he is spying on us. Let him know that we know we are being watched.
