I do. They get on animal abuse cases quickly. They don’t have much else to do.

Why in God’s name would you get the Department of Ag involved in a single farm incident? Overkill.

No, I am not familiar with Ohio. The states with which I am familiar are Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Of the three Michigan is completely worthless, followed closely by Illinois. If you call Animal Control, they tell you to call the Dept. of Ag. If you call the Dept. of Ag., they tell you to call Animal Control. All are short-staffed, and underfunded.

Maybe this case is located somewhere where things are just peachy . . . .
