There are indeed pesticides that are certified for use in "organic" farming. I have some of them in my shed for garden use. There is a common belief that organic equals chemical-free, and that simply is not the case.

Exactly correct, see my post #12...in fact there have been several studies that show that some organic food had more residual pesticides and bacteria than conventionally grown food...as I mentioned, sulfur ( which can be a dangerous chemical and some people are allergic to sulphates), can be used on organic crops.
