"I like very much Russian-speaking people. One-fifth of Israel speaks Russian. Cancellation of the visa regime with Russia is a good thing. We are now examining the possibility of lifting the visa regime with Ukraine. I appreciate the bond between our two peoples, who speak Russian. And this connection is only strengthening ", - said Netanyahu.

According to him, Russia has made considerable effort in the development of the global economy. "Our nations have a great potential for development of such areas as electronics and agriculture", - said the prime minister.

Netanyahu also touched on the problem of Iran's nuclear program. "We have to stop radical Islamic terror. Your enemies are our enemies and our enemies are yours. This fanatical ideology will lead to no good. If Iran will have nuclear weapons, it will be very dangerous. I believe that we stand before the test, whether the country will stop this threat. I expect that countries that want everything to be OK, worked with us to stop these threats, "- said the Israel's prime minister.

Tiny Israel is now highly competitive in many tech industries because of Jews emigrating from Russia.

Obviously, immigration of skilled people of a similar culture can greatly benefit a nation.

One has to wonder if there is any similar purpose to the USA’s immigration “policy.”

It will bever happens because of ‘Russian mob’ and ‘KGB’ threat in North America. At the same time it is hard to find any Russians in US or Canadian ‘Russian’ neighbourhood. They are Ukrainian, Moldovans or even Kazakhs 90% labeled as Russians because of the language they are using.
Israely PM is mentioning Ukraine for a reason. In terms of opportunities Russia is equal or better than Israel now leading to negative immigration rate making more people returning to Russia than going Israel from there.
He wants another expierence with Russian speakers attracting Ukrainians this time.
