I finally got around to making one of those alcohol stoves. I used Arizona Ice Tea cans instead of soda/beer cans. It works well with the wood alcohol (Heet in the yellow bottle) but not so good with the Heet in the red bottle. Mine has the divider inside the can with the larger hole in the top. (I only made about a half-inch hole in the top.) Stuck together with JB Weld. Has 18 burner holes that are slightly smaller than a push pin.

A .5 in hole seems a might large. you need to keep a positive pressure in the stove. The penny on the hole acts as the regulator.

Need help! I’ve been researching long guns.. I’m liking the Benelli’s.. Specifically the Nova series.. or M4 tactical, although a bit pricey for what I want. Are the Nova’s or Super Nova’s any good? Any advice would be appreciated.

It actually serves a good purpose: I can differentiate between my carry and backup mags. And it’s easy to swap out floor plates.

Right on. I think it is cool that our Governor smote a coyote when jogging. Crimson Trace, gov, now they are selling a “Coyote” Ruger LCP to honor him saving his kid’s dog.
