I am writing to congratulate you on signing SB 1070 even in the face of harsh rhetoric and criticism from outsiders. I applaud your courage and urge you to stick to your guns in spite of the disgraceful actions of Los Angeles, San Francisco and the handful of other cities that are trying to punish your state for defending its citizens.
It's sad that many of those speaking out against the new law have not even read the bill, including our so-called Attorney General, Eric Holder. But you can rest assured that the majority of Americans are behind you.
I fully support Arizona in its efforts to curb illegal immigration and will go out of my way to buy from Arizona mail-order/Internet businesses.
