Favors continuing the war in Afghanistan, opposes continuing the war in Iraq, favors Military Tribunals for Terror suspects at Guantanamo.

So, compared to most Pro-War Republicans at this time, you could say he's 2 outta 3. Pro-War Republicans may not find him to be "perfect" on this issue; but will probably find much more with which to agree with him on Pro-Life, Gun Rights, Fiscal Conservatism, and Border Security issues.
