An envelope of cash, and going out of the country with it -and in a wheelchair?
Sounds like someone knew he had sticky fingers and he was set up; it must be so hard to fire a TSA govt employee, so they had to catch him in the act.
I bet they’ve had ‘complaints’ from people about missing wallets etc and he was the common link.
Just IMHO
When I go out of the country I have $400 or more with me. Not sure what is unusual about that.
