I hadn’t heard of the above law. I’m assuming it was passed by the Legislature and then signed by the Governor. Am I correct? If so, I want to see it replicated by EVERY state.

I imagine Arizona ran the numbers of what all this was costing the state. If schools didn't waste so much money on all this mumbo jumbo they might have time to teach children things they need to know.
