Texans are beginning to look like mush. They should have been on top of it when AZ showed the way back to a Constitutional Country. By not taking part they have shown they do not have the guts and will let AZ take the punishment by Americas communists. Thanks Texas, you really disappointed me. California I can expect since actually they are a suburb of Mexico.

Hey, give us a break - Texas’ Congress is not in session until January 2011! Our Congressional branch only meets every TWO years, so we are out of session and are not able to get on top of it, except if the Governor calls for a special session.
And Governor I-am-a-conservative-during-election-cycles Good-Hair Perry is NEVER going to call a special session for this purpose!
