That heat has to go somewhere... this looks like massive Peltier plates.. with the heat being frequency phased changed to below IR levels....
I’m thinking it would be uncomfortably hot inside a tank near the heat/IR transfer system?

Wow!!!
That looks amazing! At the same time, I’m sure it will be easily countered. How ever, I’m also sure the developers will answer with improvements to defeat the counter measures. This technology, and the resulting ‘race’ will be interesting to watch.
