Yep. And the factory shot is pretty crappy — very out-of-round. The reloading shot is much better.

Have you played around with the thickness of the felt? Thinner rear so you can add more shot or less shot for higher velocity?
How can you measure the velocity anyway? Don’t you need a special machine/video/computer to do that? (no clue what I’m talking about)
