That's one thing I find troubling about Pat. He hits it dead on on many issues but on this one, he's off target. He is looking more and more anti-Semetic each day. I know not all Jews voted for Obama or democratic, true a majority did, but I think they might begin to wake up since Obama is screwing Israel left and right.

My concerns are her stances where she is not SC material, she would restrict freedom of speech, what she wrote sounds a lot like the old Fairness Doctrine. She seems to be a barking moonbat. One interesting thing though, she can win a Chas Bono look alike contest. B-D

Re Kagan, I put myself through the ordeal of reading her University of Chicago Law Review article on the free speech cases, to see if her views on hate speech and the like are as dangerous as some say.

I found the article to be pretty non-ideological. My main reaction was that reading her opinions (if she doesn't just let her clerks write them) will be no fun at all. Her writing is punishingly dull and ponderous.

You have a long wait ahead. If the Republicans could get 30% of the Jewish vote, it will will get the job done. They went about 90% for Obama. Go figure.

It's not as if his feelings and intentions vis-a-vis Israel were a dark secret.

AMEN! It's not too many Jews or Catholics or whatever, but too many Marxists that concern me.

Too many Catholics on the Supreme CourtPat Buchanan decries that there would be too many Jews on the Supreme Court. Personally, i could not care less; however, i find it sheer hypocrisy for Pat Buchanan an awowed catholic to overlook that 2/3 of the Supreme Court judges are catholic. So, according to pat Buchanan who has a thing against Jews, it seems to him that t wiceas many Jews can be on the Supreme Court as long as their faith are his faith. Pat Buchanan's niece some times ago wrote to me that pat Buchanan has a family history of mental illness. His l;ate aunt was interned in an asylum as well as his older brother who is a manic depressive . Pat Buchanan, she write to me, detects a certain illness in his provocative opinions about Jews and his sympathy for those affiliated in the past with Hitler. Ishould point out that Pat is not fond either of the British. One time , he accused England for provoking World War II.
