I think the cuts to welfare will probably hit a lot of illegals that are only eligible for it because of their anchor babies. Losing that average $500/mo might be enough to encourage them to go home and take their anchor babies with them. That would take a load off the public school systems as well.

Cutting money that goes to illegals would seem to be a win/win situation.
Saves the state money and encourages them to go back where they came from.
