I already answered all of the questions I intended to answer when I sent the form back. Why did I get a note on my door yesterday telling me that a taker had been there and that I needed to complete the form?
Because if you sent the form in and it was incomplete, you might as well have not done it. If you refuse to answer anymore, so be it. But they will still come to your house. And sometimes it’s just a matter of getting crossed in the mail. We’ve had some who mailed it in and it wasn’t put in the system before the addresses were assigned out.
