“Nidal Malik Hasan just happened to be on the transition team for _resident Obama, a fact that is NEVER mentioned in the MSM or even at his Wikipedia entry. It needs to be in the introduction!
The Homeland Security Policy Institute (HSPI) Transition Task Force went into effect before the 2008 election, in April 2008 and it’s work ended in January 2009. It was a bipartisan group that, from what I can gather, was brainstorming security suggestions for the next President and his or her administration. FWIW, Hasan’s name can be found on page 29.
