My guess is that baseball is already facing enough financial challenges that it doesn’t need to deal with all the nonsense that comes when mixing sports with politics.

Yeah, only the NFL is financially strong enough to engage in that misadventure; fending off a perfectly qualified owner because of a few ignorant, racist big mouths.
And remember in 1990, I beleive it was, the NFL pulled the Super Bowl scheduled for 1993 out of Phoenix because Arizona didn’t have a state holiday for Martin Luther King. So the NFL can be politically correct. I hope baseball doesn’t go PC. The liberals are such bullies. We need to stand up to this horse*$*$*.
Do business with Arizona. Do not boycott Arizona. Send girls basketball teams to Arizona. Let’s send the liberals a strong message by doing business as usual with a great American state.
