YOUR post makes no sense. Nowhere in the first 26 posts did he say that he contacted the police or the court.
Your post read: “This is the second time in two days I’ve seen somebody run to post something on FR that should have been reported to the police immediately.” Clearly criticizing him for posting here when he “should have” (clearly implies “hasn’t”) reported it to police — when there was absolutely no indication that he hadn’t, and every reason to assume that he had.
He’s been a poster here for over 6 years, and certainly deserves benefit of the doubt when posting about something like this. Imagine if your two year old had been abducted by her mentally unstable other parent, and you immediately notified authorities and then began desperately trying to put the word out every place you could think of, and got a response like that on FR.
