Question... If a person gets a SSN at birth, then as a child moved with family to another country and becomes a citizen of that country, and therefore no longer a citizen of the US, do they give up their SSN? If they come back to the US and become a citizen again, do they get it back? I just want to understand how that would work.
Also, one thing that bothers me is that if all this is true, and the PI was able to research his SSN, why wouldn't one of the federal agencies have investigated him? They would have access to far more info than a PI does.
