My father went to Yale and the names mixed themselves up in my brain, sorry!
So he never lived in CT at all obviously, yet has a SS# issued to someone in CT.

Plus, it has to be proved that it is his SSN beyond a shadow of a doubt. IF you prove it is his, it still would not stand up as evidence due to the SSAs own admission.
