didn’t Kagan argue the governments side in that court case?
I could be wrong but I don’t think Kagan ever actually argued a case in front of the Supreme Court in her short stay.. thought I hear that on Levin or Rush yesterday.. altho if she had to pick a side on a couple, if past performance is a reasonable indicator, she tossed military recruiters off her campus..
