If he, and he will, flashes that phony, wide-toothed grin she will merely turn and politely say, " You can stand there with that silly looking smirk on your face but I really don't think those who have lost their jobs or businesses are smiling as readily as you are".

Aside: Recall when so many on the Right, including those in his inner-circle at the White House, believed Reagan had went soft on communism, or Gorbachev was playing him like a fiddle, or that RR might be going senile, when Reagan proposed eliminating an entire class of nuclear missiles as well as offering to share SDI with the USSR.
We all now know who was correct, in his assessment of the USSR and in his judgment.
