I’d like to know the percentage of those who are going on her wall and trashing her about her Fiorina endorsement actually live in California

This was posted online, its someone that works with Sarah Palin very closely..it gives a better understanding as to why she chose Fiorina..

Here’s what people should keep in mind:

All of this is about November. The governor made a serious and careful decision here. Campbell is a dangerous man, and if we don’t get behind Carly, Campbell will win the nomination. DeVore had plenty of time to gain traction in the polls, but he could never get over 13%. He can’t win, but he can selfishly play the spoiler.

Campbell is seriously frightening. He took donations from a convicted terrorist. He’s rabidly anti-Israel. That’s the only real difference between him and Boxer! I kid you not. Boxer is at least pro-Israel. He’s worst than Boxer and DeVore supporters are throwing the nomination to him. So that’s why this is an important endorsement and an important race. You want to condemn Sarah Palin for endorsing a conservative who can beat Barbara Boxer instead of sitting it out and watching a dangerous RINO win the nomination? Go ahead, but don’t whine about six more years of Boxer or six years of someone worse than Boxer.

What’s even more sad is that so many people, including freepers have elevated Palin to be the Obama on the right. She’s the Seinfeld of the political right as Obama is the seinfeld of the political left. Problems is there are more dupes who support Obama than Palin. The Republican party has NO ONE that can save it because the majority of politicians are crooked and the majority of the voting public has been brain washed to think Big Daddy Government is the answer to everything.

I hate to say this, but I see a pattern here:

Rick Perry

John McCain

Carly Fiorina

Fiorina has a good chance of winning the senate race while Chuck DeVore will lose by 20% or more if he gets the nomination.

Good call by Palin. She is showing sound judgement.

She’s bold, smart, and willing to follow her own political instincts - NOT the will of the blogosphere.

Devore could not win. Fiorina can. Politics is about who can win, not who has the purest ideology (according to someone’s own personal standards). Those who can’t understand basic political facts will be forever frustrated.

I’ll stick with Jesus and His coming Kingdom. If you folks want to keep slumming around trying to fix the “Great Whore of Babylon” (current political and economic system), your wasting a lot of energy. That bitch is going to get torched by the light of Heaven coming back to Earth. Unless Gov. Palin, who I love and respect, or any other pol, can heal the sick, cast out devils, raise the dead, and restore the human condition to its eternal pre-fallen state, they are falling far short of THE solution for THIS hour. The only thing we can do is pray that God would allow Jesus to return with His glorified Bride at His side ASAP. He knows the “whole creation groans and travails” waiting for the manifestation of the Sons and Daughters of the King!

Great, another thread where the ‘kids’ of FR can ridicule the conservative base and their preferred candidate of choice in California... and it ain’t Carly.

Hello, it’s California

Remember all the purists demanding votes for McClintock.

Sometimes you simply cannot force people to figure out their own best interests.

There is no virtue in losing.

I haven’t been following this one closely as we have our own soap opera here in Utah, but why is Fiorina referred to as a RINO? If she is endorsed by N. Right to Life and supports 2nd Amendment rights, is that not our position on FreeRepublic (generally speaking)? I would imagine her background would be pro-business and anti tax.

I’m not sure what else we should hope for, especially from California.

Anybody stop to think that maybe Carly ASKED Palin
for her support and maybe DeVore didn’t? Is it pos-
sible that Carly might have made herself known to
to Palin during the ‘08 campaign and helped in some
way?

I would rather see Palin keep a low profile in the
primaries except for a few exceptions. Sarah needs
to spend a lot of time working on her own portfolio
if she is going to decide to make a run in ‘12.

The only time Sarah Palin had any affect on how I voted was in November of 2008. I don’t see that trend changing anytime soon.

Sorry, but somebody is going to have to help me out here:

I’ve heard several people say that DeVore is down and doesn’t have a chance to win, that’s why Palin is supporting the female RINO.

Um, isn’t this why Palin would want to endorse this conservative...to help elevate him in the polls?

Also, how does Palin’s continued support of RINOs jive with her oft touted “common sense conservatism”, and “standing on principles?”

Sorry, Sarah is showing several lapses in not only judgment, but conservative principle!

It is beyond sickening to watch people on our side defend her at all costs! This is no different than the Obamabots!

I refuse to become ANAL in politics, unlike many here.

Eventually the invasion of Freepers by the Socialists will be the doom
of us all, including America.

Palin is the Enemy of the left, and I don't trust any story.

Divide and conquer..

When were these guys going to inform the voters of all of Carly’s endorsements.

No thanks. She is a RINO and was a horrible head of HP. I don’t even know why she is in the race.

Oh right; most good people don’t want to be politicians because they are from the bottom of the scum barrel.

Palin must know we the people are doing everything to correct this.

Palin is a different to Ron Paul in that Palin sometimes back 60% conservatives while Ron Paul will only back someone if they’re 100% libertarian
