Proctor and Gamble fell 50% in five minutes.

What other explanation is there for that kind of movement other than a cyber attack?

Cyber attack would have been more extensive and most likely forced a trading stop. As far as P&G is concerned if they have a lot of EU exposure coupled with the ECB stopping lending then yes I could see a nosedive. A lot of trading is done by machines and the system got overloaded.
