You claimed Elg was a natural born citizen, as if it was stated such in the case. It totally was not and in fact, reference for support of the decision was from another case where the appellant was deemed NBC.

As far as Barry O. being born in Kenya, I really have no idea where he was born.

I do know he proferred an incomplete record when it would have been so simple to hand over a copy of the one he found among his mother’s belonging or the one he used to obtain his first passport. You don’t mysteriously lose those types of things.

As for hate, I don’t hate the guy, I just don’t believe he is eligible and his holding the position undermines the Constitution.

I would be fine with Biden and would look forward to his humor. He is, at least an American and if anything, pretty decent on international affairs.

Even birthers agree she was a natural born citizen, since her father was naturalized at the time of her birth and only later renounced US citizenship.

However, the court decision mixed native born and natural born several times, which was either an inexcusable sloppiness of language in a SCOTUS decision, or evidence that the SCOTUS saw no difference between the terms.

Subsequent legal decisions indicate the prevailing opinion is that the SCOTUS saw no difference.

That is why you end up with quotes such as follows, well prior to Barry’s candidacy:

“NATURAL BORN CITIZENS. A natural-born citizen of the United States is one who is a citizen by reason of his place of birth or the citizenship of his father. The two classes of naturalized and natural born citizens are thus mutually exclusive, and together constitute the entire citizen body of the United States. ”
