The only issue for which there has ever been evidence is the fact of the Obamas - both father and son - being subjects of the British Commonwealth at birth. Sadly, Dr. Lakin’s web site is almost entirely focused upon the birth certificate and always has been. This seems too obviously like political misdirection. Dr. Lakin apparently has the right motives, but his legal issues comes convieniently close time-wise to the next response to the Kerchner/Apuzzo suit wending its way to the supreme court. It is sad to see the depravity among our legislators and the judiciary. Though it is entirely possible that Dr. Lakin has been misled, and is relying upon someone involved in the intrigue, it is hard to see how anyone purportedly putting his career on the line and facing prison time would trust unproven and perhaps unprovable claims about foreign birth when Obama has told us he was born a British subject? There is no issue to prove. The supreme court is probably the final arbiter in any case, but the facts are unarguable.
It seemed likely that Berg's intent was misdirection from the beginning, never mentioning the fact of Obama’s British citizenship, but railing about Kenyan relatives whose claims can be bought or invented. Berg, recall, was a 9/11 Truther, and long time Dem operative. About Lakin or his legal team not much is public. But to take the tack he has taken, and have it rejected by a military court for lack of evidence will satisfy the majority who don't read the framers or supreme court cases that there is really no issue after all.
