Agreed. I said the same back when the newspaper announcements hit the web. If the mother had also died, then it's likely the dad or other family members would pack any documents away and never look at them again. It's very possible the dad might be dead by now and any other children might not be interested in the deceased baby to get a BC or follow up. I don't know if anyone here or out in blogsphere ever researched death records.

Telling lies does not seem to bother these trugs. I am beginning to think the more lies you can get away with, the more points scored. You know, it is OK to lie to infidels for jihad.

There is something here that they are really afraid of, but what would matter to people with no scruples.

The homosexual issue could be a factor. Homosexual behavior is wide spread among the sexually segregated Muslims, mainly among the elite dwelling in large quarters occupied by extended family and business associates.

I don't know how this knowledge would go over with their Clerics and the main Muslim populations, or your average American black, or any of Spanish/Mexican descent. They still need their votes to stay in power.

Don't know. However, attny Hemenway is not representing LTC Lakin, and that he (Hemenway) advised Lakin against his current action.

Paul Jensen is LTC Lakin's civilian attorney. John Hemenway was the D.C. area lawyer who was asked by Berg to sponsor the Hollister case in the D.C. district court. Berg couldn't practice in that jurisdiction, at that time. The same court that said the eligibility issue was "twittered" and "blogged" to (the court's) satisfaction and at first levied a fine against Hemenway for bringing forth a "frivolous" case.

"Assisting Jensen in his defense of Lakin is a very experienced senior member of the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s corps."

Margaret Hemenway (John Hemenway's daughter), is acting as a spokeswoman for the Lakin case.

We know the child’s father is dead. There’s a report that the mother is living, but that’s from ancestry.com and there have been some apparently false reports made to ancestry.com on a couple other issues we’ve been checking. Obama’s people know what we’re looking at (probably have our computers monitored) and information is either being deleted or, lately, false information fed into the sites which accept public contributions of information.

Barry is the 7th US president with a foreign born parent. Andrew Jackson had TWO Irish born parents and he's on the twenty dollar bill!

OBAMA, HALF-SISTER & HAWAII OFFICALS FALSIFY MADELYN DUNHAM DEATH

On October 21, 2008 Barack Obama announced that he would be suspending his campaign after a rally in Indianapolis on Thursday morning, October 23, 2008 to fly to Hawaii to visit with his “gravely ill grandmother.” Barack Obama further stated that Madelyn L. Dunham had recently been hospitalized and was back at home after suffering a broken hip. Obama made it clear on October 22, 2008 that there “will be absolutely no video or photo ops during my upcoming visit with my ailing grandmother,” and “I do not expect my grandmother to make it to election day.”

On Friday October 24, 2008 Michelle Obama during a campaign rally for her husband claimed that “I spoke with Tutu last night and she is strong and in good health.”

On Friday October 24, 2008 I placed two calls to the home of Madelyn Dunham, in one of those calls I spoke with Obama half-sister Maya Ng:

On November 3, 2008 both the news media and Barack Obama announced that Madelyn L. Dunham had passed away on that date. Mrs. Dunham was to have celebrated her 89th birthday on the Sunday following Barack Obama’s visit, yet no one, not even Barack Obama stopped to wish his “gravely ill” grandmother a Happy Birthday.

After first announcing that Madelyn Dunham had passed away in her sleep on November 3, 2008 (conveniently the day before election day for the sympathy vote) it was reported by Hawaii officials and then by Obama half-sister Maya Ng that Mrs. Dunham had in fact passed away on November 2, 2008. Both reports it turns out are false and it has been reported that Maya Ng and Hawaii officials knowingly and intentionally falsified death records of Madelyn L. Dunham who had actually died prior to Barack Obama arriving on Thursday October 23, 2008 for his claimed visit.

According to sources employed in the coroner’s office Madelyn Dunham died on October 21, 2008 and was cremated on Friday October 24, 2008. It is further claimed that the death records of Madelyn L Dunham were falsified at the direct and specific request of Barack Obama and Maya Ng.

I have forwarded a letter to the Hawaii Attorney Generals office requesting and investigation and forwarded the information received regarding the falsifying of the death and cremation records of Madelyn L Dunham. If this information is factual Barack Obama has demonstrated his total disregard for any life, including the life of the woman who made it possible for him to be a spoiled, drug using, closet bi/gay fraud. Furthermore the fact that Michelle Obama knew and assisted in concealing this fraud along with the U.S. Secret Service assigned to protect Barack Obama makes them conspirators to this crime.

Today Barack Obama participated in the scattering of the ashes of Madelyn L Dunham who he used and exploited.

I have one thing to say Barack, not everyone is willing to cover for your lies and crimes. Now let’s see if the Hawaii Attorney General is willing to do their job or if that office is going to simply look the other way.

If ture this would explain why they won’t give me the non-certified death certificate for Madelyn Dunham, as required by UIPA and DOH administrative rules. Although maybe not, if they already falsified the record.

I think we’re very close to showing that they’ve falsified other records too.

The HDOH is a crime ring. And Hawaii as a state is so corrupt they all look the other way.

That’s a decision by the Indiana Court of Appeals, which means that it has very limited precedential value. The Indiana Supreme Court could (potentially) come up with a differing definition. The courts in the 49 other states could also (potentially) come up with their own definition, because a decision in Indiana would not be binding on a higher court or courts in other states.

The Indiana Supreme Court has already rejected hearing this ruling on appeal.
Since US presidential elections are decided by the votes of the Electoral College on a state by state plus District of Columbia basis and since this lawsuit attempted to invalidate Indiana’s Electoral College votes, if the plaintiff had won, you can bet that other states would have also invalidated the Electoral College votes of an ineligible candidate.

If the doctor is still alive you know he’d want the world to know that he delivered the baby who went on to become president. Or his children would tell it. How about nurses who worked at the hospital. There are many ways to confirm someone’s birthplace.

That used to be true, before the HIPAA law's privacy rule which went into effect 1n 2003. Now it's a crime to release "protected health information" punishable by hefty fines and possible prison term. So if the doctor or nurse are still alive, and if they remember one delivery out of thousands, they'd be very foolish to speak out.

Perhaps there is a retired Doctor, Nurse, Aide, etc. who can publicly state that they were there during the birth. Nothing wrong with that — no medical information is being exposed.

That would make sense, but that's not the way the HIPAA law is written. One of the items listed as "protected health information" is

the provision of health care to the individual,

. So yes, even acknowledging that 0bama's mother was a patient is illegal, and makes the person disclosing liable for a hefty fine and possibly prison.

Butterdezillion, that there is a coverup is clear. Whether the cover-up can be shown legally to be a crime is in doubt. Obama’s legal team, Bob Bauer and probably many other attornies have done what they do for a living, use the law to protect their client - principles be damned. So far they seem to be setting up the certificate, passport, school enrollment, work, state senate, etc. etc. records as a privacy issue. We agree that this should be absurd given the charter that the chief executive is the protector of the Constitution and chief defender of the republic, but this is the audacity of a group intending to usurp the Constitution.

To assume that Obama’s lawyers haven't set up the legal mechanisms covering their privacy claims which protect Obama’s birth records, passports, state senate records, school enrollment, etc. etc. is naive. This is a massive legal machine, perhaps connected within our own security agencies. We have been told that Obama’s Harvard education was funded by Walid bin Talal by attorney Percy Sutton, who boasted of it. What is not protected is Obama’s assertion that he was born of a British citizen and was himself a British subject at birth. We know that dual citizenship is governed by, and accepted but not approved by statute. That cannot alter a provision of the Constitution. There is no question that Obama is in violation of the definition cited by chief justices John Marshall, Morrison Waite, David Ramsay, Charles Evans Hughes, and Michael Chertoff along with every Senator in 2008.

Obama’s cadre wants you to watch the shell game - Kenya - Hawaii - Grandma Toots - Indonesia - Lumumba University. Probably, none of them are true, but we will never find out. Meanwhile the birth certificate crowd never talks about five chief justices of the supreme court (I include John Jay) or Vattel or a dozen cases in which the definition is used. They baldly use the 14th amendment when its author clearly cites Vattel. Don't play shell games with professions when the key is in hand - Obama was not born of two citizen parents. He is not a Constitutional president.

What does that do for birth certificates? I would assume that they can disclose on a birth certificate that they were present at a birth...

And I’ve never understood how news reports can say that a person is in critical condition or whatever. Isn’t that protected medical information? How could they even report rescue calls, or anything without signed consent from the person? Did they ever get consent to reveal that the underwear bomber or Nidal Hasan were being treated for injuries?

HIPAA makes no sense to me. If a person’s physical condition is their own private business all the time, then nobody should be reporting on any of it without the express permission of the person - which they could never get for somebody unconscious, for example.

Your right, the Indiana court isn't even their Supreme court that rendered that decision. Even worse of a case to cite for Constitutional eligibility concerns.
