Problems with your plan are that plenty of Moslems haven’t done anything violent or harmful that would get them on lists or whatever, but they have plans.

IMO all radical mosques or Islamic schools that teach any kind of jihad whatsoever should be shuttered immediately and their staff deported. If US citizens, they can choose to go back to their country of origin or have their right to free speech curtailed. No one has a right to promote jihad against the US in the US. All Muslim conversion in US prisons should be either stopped or monitored.

When Muslims who just happen to like jihad even if they haven’t done it yet (ie lots of them) are in alphabet agencies vetting fellow Muslims, this is not going to work. When CAIR and other jihad loving Muslim organizations influence government decisions it is a very bad thing.

Your comparison of Japanese and Germans in WW2 is not apt. Islam is a set of beliefs and belief inspired action, people can convert. Japanese and German nationality cannot be compared.

I agree. When they incite violence and insurrection in the name of their jihad, they should be charged with crimes, tried and hopefully convicted.

Actually, it is a direct and apt comparison. The Japanese, Germans and, to a lesser extent, the Italians, went to war because of their beliefs during that period, as much as for a desire to control raw materials. The Japanese believed their Emperor was divine, and there was a strong religious element to their reasons for making war. The Nazis believed in their German -- Aryan -- master race. There is a direct correlation between that Nazi belief, and the Islamist beliefs regarding their superiority vs. the inferiority of "infidels."

Religion also played a huge role in why the Nazis did what they did to the Jews. Like all derivatives of Marxism, their own beliefs amounted to a secular quasi-religion, really an anti-religion belief system. It is the basis on which the Nazis persecuted and denied the humanity of people who practiced the Hebrew faith, as well as Gypsies, non-Aryan Catholics, Christians and others.

The way to deal with Islam in the United States is to discredit it, not to tear up the First Amendment by denying that it is even a religion and using that excuse to suppress it.
