Not a dumb question - that’s what I thought too.
Now - my dumb question. I’m guessing that is the Nissan Pathfinder in the video that he is standing next to? What about those folks at the front of the Nissan? And the one in white - what is he/she stepping over at the end of the clip? I almost imagine something like a wire running from that pole to the car. (I don’t see any wire - but it looks like they are stepping over something like that. Makes a HIGH step - not a low long step like trying to clear a pile of poop or an open grate).
Weird.

Definitly something is in the way there. The folks coming at the camera veer around the post where the guy and bag are, and the dark-clothing person with the white-clothing person walks around as well.
