On this thread there was a report of a muslim seen running from the vehicle.
The Police scanner says to consider all suspects as being loaded and dangerous.
They are still ordering searches of all suspicious packages and vehicles on the Police scanner at:

I just heard Zero was informed around 10:15.
Comrade Gibbs just release some words praising NYPD.
No one knows if it was a Muslim though.
