It doesn't matter where his birth certificate is. Obama was born to a British Father and thus, by his own admission, was born a subject of the British Commonwealth. He is not a natural born citizen. Four chief justices of the supreme court repeated the definition of the term-of-art “natural born citizen”, ‘born on the soil of citizen parents’. No amendment to Article II Section 1 has ever made it out of congress, in twenty four attempts. Chief Justice John Jay, Chief Justice John Marshall, Chief Justice Morrison Waite, and Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes affirm that Barack Obama is not a constitutional president. We sadly have a legislature and court system afraid of the consequences of enforcing the Constitution, or being paid to ignore it.
