The cops are not happy with this. That gear is not exactly leisure-wear to begin with, and they're standing out under a bright sun dressed in all black. I can tell by the looks on their faces they were wishing to be somewhere else.

 

If you look closely in the second (bottom) picture, over the shoulder of the very last cop on the left, you can see what appears to be a guy in a suit over the top of a black chevy suburban/van with binoculars scanning the towards the crowd, with another one on the ground down the side of the vehicle also looking.

What a picture. I see that the SWAT guys have tons of zip ties at the ready to subdue that raging pack of grandmas. What the hell is going on in this country?
