It would be fitting to memorialize Teddy with an aquatic wind farm. The big bag of wind truly deserves it after all the hypocrisy he exhibited in opposing the whirligigs off Cape Cod. NIMBYs come in every color, including green, it would seem.

Unfortunately, 0bama beat us to the punch, playing the dead Kennedy card to get his horrendous health care "reform" passed through Congress.
