If LCOL Lakin commits a war-crime then Obama could have a gold-plated long form Birth Certificat hand delivered by the Angel Gabriel himself and it wouldn’t save Lakin from prosecution. If LCOL Lakin doesn’t commit a war crime then it could be proven that Obama was born on Venus and it wouldn’t place Lakin in any jeopardy.
