There is a difference between what the law says and what is plausible to enforce.

If I have 2 drinks, I can still juggle 3 balls.....heck, 4 balls. If this is the case, why shouldn't I be able to carry a gun?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Try that argument when you are behind the wheel of a vehicle. As I stated, it's a safety issue. You may be mellow when drinking, but what about the guy next to you?
