“I see. So if you were say 50 years old driving a 7 year old truck that was in pretty good shape and were in a mostly middle class part of town you (and I mean you personally) wouldn’t have a problem with being pulled over because you look like the demographic that cheats on their taxes. Of course you can avoid any hassle by carrying your tax info including past returns with you everywhere you go.”

No comparison whatsoever to the other situation.

Here is your answer, Snark.

The driver should be pulled over only if it is YOU driving, and you should be audited back to the fetus.

Lol. I see. the law is to be used to get payback on people who disagree with your POV.
Are you a cop by any chance.

Yes it’s the same. Is it you’re position that a cop has probable cause based on the age and condition of an otherwise legal vehicle and the age of the driver.
The post by Gaffer said the truck wasn’t even speeding. So is it your position that you can tell somebody is breaking the law by the way thet’re not doing anything against the law. Both situations are based on the physical appearance of the car and driver.
