The law has a codecil that allows the citizenry to sue an AZ LEA/county/city/town that refuses to enforce this. It is meant to be enforced. And enforced aggressively.

Thanks. I don’t live in AZ so I only know what I’ve read.
I guess the next question will be whether or not it’s ruled unconstitutional when challenged in Federal Court.
