Someday, I need to post the picture of me at 8-years-old after pop gave me a fishing pole and said, “Kid, you’re on your own.” I think I caught 84 bluegills in one morning, most under four-inches length. Then he told me to gut, scale and clean them. Believe it or not, by the time I got done I fed my entire family.
From there, I went onto walleye fishing.
