Mercury - thimerosol - certianly is still in many vaccines. The link below lists vaccines by type and manufacturer and you will see that many have thimerosol, as well as other goodies such as formaldehyde, human serum, aluminum compounds, and other stuff that I personally would never put into my bloodstream.

Knowing precisely what is in each vaccine can be helpful when investigating adverse events following vaccination and for choosing alternative products for persons who have allergies or have had an adverse event known or suspected to be related to a vaccine component.
