It depends on how it is enforced. If cops are harassing ANYONE that looks Hispanic then there will be issues. If the pick ups happen because the guy didn’t speak English or was caught in the commission of a crime then not so much.
I cannot wait to hear the complains that someone was stopped for DWB

We all get asked for ID when we get pulled over for whatever reason. Before this bill, if a cop pulled over an illegal with no license, no insurance, no identification, no English....all he could do is let them go. Now the cops can detain them until they can prove their status.
Don’t forget - had the cops been able to do this in other states, the Twin Towers would still be standing.

An "Hispanic" can be blue-eyed and have blonde hair. They can come from Europe.
