As much as the SCOTUS may eschew Political Question, especially after Bush v. Gore, part of their charter is to RULE on issues of national Controversy.

Just because Birthers refuse to accept the fact there are some issues that the United States Supreme Court does not get the final say on, does not change the fact that there are some issues that the United States Supreme Court does not get the final say on. Whine, cry, lecture on how you're saving the Republic by having the United States Army decide who is President, it won't get you any where. In fact, it helps Obama.

Freepers who want to inflate their own egos, and aid Obama, can't do better than play Birther parlor games, where they imagine that Judge Harry Stone, or the Judge from Laugh In, or some judge, some where, is going to order the Secret Service to stack BO and Michelle's stuff on the curb in front of the White House. Freepers who want to do something positive will work to elect conservative Republicans this fall.

Hmmm ... I can tell that this is upsetting you.

Here, let me put things into perspective for you with a synopsis of the current political environment:
(good news if you're a Conservative, and SCARY bad news if you're a Liberal)

Obama’s at his lowest poll numbers of his short presidency with NO sign of reversal. Foreclosure, Unemployment & Interest Rates WILL sadly ALL get worse this summer, just as Obama also increases taxes on the Middle Class. There's absolutely no reason to envision that his own hubris will dissuade him from changing his current strategy — he will “stay the course” and govern from the far Left.

Conservatives have abandoned him. The Independents have, too. Those bridges have been forever burnt. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to come up with groups he HASN'T pissed off on some level. ObamaCare has galvanized most Americans against Obama and the Left like almost nothing else could have.

Obama’s wedged into a corner, seeking approval from his most-radical Progressive supporters. However, between the Gay, Latino, Anti-War, Environmental and other vocal Leftist Lobbies, Obama’s seemingly running out of friends. The "friends" still by Obama's side only extort him for their own Leftist causes.

As November 2010 marches closer and the Democratic Party begins to understand the FULL extent of damage that Obama has reaped them, expect the Long Knives to be sharpened. Although the Ides of March has come and gone, don't be surprised if Obama is met on the steps of the Senate by displeased hordes of his Democratic peers and supporters ... metaphorically speaking, of course.

But the REAL metaphorical blood-bath will take place AFTER November. What Conservatives couldn't stop by Filibuster in March 2010 will be undone by Majority starting in January 2011. And any attempt by Obama to pull a Slick Willie and try to govern from the Political Center will met by the Public glinting a collective roll of their eyes and an incredulous flash of their collective middle finger.

If Obama isn't undone by one of the many scandals the Democratic Majority is currently shielding him from, one of the many Eligibility lawsuits will catch him by the heels, resurrecting ghosts from Barry's past long thought to be safely tucked away in a shoebox in the back of his closet. Lt Col Lakin's case has a good shot of doing just that! All politics aside ... the Constitution must be adhered to by ALL Citizens, including Dual Citizens like Barack Hussein Obama.

Rest assured ... Conservatives ARE and WILL CONTINUE to beat Obama on the political battlefield of ideas. Exposing Obama’s Eligibility LIES will reaffirm that the ONLY way Progressives can even HOPE to “win” on the battlefield of ideas is to LIE, CHEAT and STEAL, typified by the 2008 Presidential Election using a Chicago politician financed by dubious sources, and backed by the likes of the MSM, ACORN, the Black Panthers & registered Democratic voters dead for a few years. And although the Chicago politician's place of birth is questionable, Obama's birth as a British subject is NOT and will be CONFIRMED when prima facie evidence of ANY of his birth documents land in a Court of Law.

Obama and the Dems will get a well-deserved political ass-kicking in November by those who DON'T know or care about his TRUE "natural-born Citizen" status, as well as by those who DO rightfully question Obama's Eligibility.

The millions of Conservatives who DO question Obama’s Constitutional Eligibility will REMAIN very politically active. We will continue to flood phone banks to stop Obama's agenda, raise holy hell at Town Hall Meetings, and SUBVERT the Liberal enemy in every pub, blog and synagogue ... ALL while supporting true Conservative candidates to their victory speeches in just SEVEN short months.

Have no fear, mon cher ... YES WE CAN walk and chew bubblegum at the same time.

Who are you referring to in your derogatory way - "BIRTHER"?

Would you be instrumental and helpful if there is a way to remove an illegal C-i-C from OUR White House??

Or is Status Quo OK with you that our Constitution has been trampled on???

Maybe yesterday's filing by Blago will open the door to expose the Chicago political gangster methods ala Godfather-style, hmmmm!!!

An odd argument. “The Supreme Court won’t do anything about it, so shut up.”

Well, the courts, from SCOTUS on down, may or may not do the right thing. They have, especially in modern times, sometimes done the wrong thing, the unconstitutional thing, as they did in Roe v. Wade. Indeed, they did the wrong thing long before that, when they issued the Dred Scott decision, supporting slavery.

But that got straightened out. Americans don’t like to be told to shut up, when their political leaders appear to be acting like criminals and their courts refuse to act justly.
