It's also my understanding..that people buy insurance to get their tags and such..and then cancel it.

Yeah....one out of three do NOT have car insurance here.

My daughter had a guy hit and run her parked car. ( Not an illegal alien...) The cops actually caught the guy....no license, no insurance.

I looked into taking him to Small Claims Court. Worthless...money-pit.

Cost me over $2k to fix the car.....And I did all the body work myself.
