Will someone enlighten me. What law did Barack Hussein Obama sign that granted a “right to be armed” in national parks. I understood that it was at the urging of Senators and Congresspersons that the Secretary of the Interior decided to update the regulations. Following public input and hearings on the regulations; the department instituted the updated regulations. I recall no new law. Please help me out on this.

Senator Coburn stuck an amendment on a credit card reform bill, about a year ago. The DEM Senators didn't want to vote against the amendment; and the bill was important so Obama didn't dare to veto it.
