And that therefore you should line up once again to empower them. We must take over the GOP at the local and state levels.

I don't think so. We take over the GOP at the state and local levels and we will own the national. What I was saying was that our takeover must come at the grassroots level. We can't change the GOP from the top down. But we can from the bottom up.
