Three days after she was stomped and her boyfriend smashed do the cops finally get around to opening an investigation and Jindal says next to nothing about it? I couldn't work for someone like that.

As far as news reports are concerned, I know of NOTHING Jindal has done to prosecute the New Orleans THUG cops who knocked people around and broke down doors in order to confiscate firearms in the Katrina aftermath. Looks like Bobby is just another “hide under the desk” type when anything BIG happens.

I agree. Also, note the language of the article describing the way they were injured: "Bautsch broke her leg and her boyfriend, Joseph Brown, broke his jaw." That makes it sound like a skiing or bicycling accident where no one is responsible rather than the obvious assault that it was.

This incident was terrible, no question!

I think it even hurts his Presidential chances. I can't imagine why he hasn't been out there condemning this attack on his aide and her boyfriend. He should be offering all his support to see that an incident like this is not repeated. Something isn't right here. What is he afraid of???
