A Michigan man could face life in prison after he allegedly tortured and ultimately killed his girlfriend's 4-year-old son last week for wetting his pants, prosecutors say.
Brandon Joshua-Frederick Hayes, 24, "systematically beat" Dominick Calhoun, 4, "pummeling [him] with fists and kicking him" on his arms, legs and genitalia, Genesee County prosecutor David Leyton told CNN.
Hayes also apparently burned the boy in the course of the torture. "The knuckles across one hand were charred," Argentine Township police chief Dan Allen said.
"I've been doing this a long time, and this is the worst case of child abuse I've ever seen," the police chief said. "In all respects, he was tortured."
Prosecutors arraigned Hayes on Thursday on nine charges, including one count of first-degree premeditated murder, one count of first-degree child abuse and one count of torture, which by itself carries a possible life sentence.

Force fluids on the guy until he pisses his pants...then slow put increasingly electrical current until dead.
Male gorillas do this in the wild: kill any offspring that are not their own. However usually the female gorillas will get together to stop them and keep the young ones safe. The female in this story did nothing to stop him. She is a pathetic strung out crack whore. She should be sterilized, and the male should die, and will likely die horribly within his first year in prison.
correction...a bit emotional on this one ...then slowly increase electrical current until he's dead.
I should not have read this story. I cannot stop thinking about the victim. I have 3 young children. I can only imagine the boy cowering in terror and hiding every time this monster showed up, only to have that enrage him further and be dragged out to be beaten and burned again. I would pay $5,000 in cash this moment to be given custody of this creature. It would take about a week to kill him. I would film it all for YouTube. The video could be shown to anyone arrested for child abuse as a deterrent.
Lye applied liberally all over the body would be best.
We are supposed to be better then him.
An of course there is his prospects for the afterlife.
How many times have we seen “boyfriends” killing the kids of their “girlfriends?” Will women ever learn??????
a fine typical registered Democrat!
That will likely never see the light to day in the Liberal Leftist Media because its For The Children.
Child Services will hide behind their Confidentiality Policy and stone wall on why the child was still with the mother. There will be no publication of how many times the case work visited the home or when the last time the child was seen by the case worker.
Politics and money is all the Child Services is concerned with. The case workers if they work at all are over burdened and under paid.
Most of them falsify reports and do nothing. The ones who really care about kids are so loaded down that they can never really keep up.
“.......his girlfriend’s 4-year-old son....”
There it is, that ubiquitous phrase. *sigh*
“How many times have we seen boyfriends killing the kids of their girlfriends? Will women ever learn??????”
Lots. No.
Mr. Hayes should be an extremely-late-term abortee...I figure the 96th trimester isn’t too early.
Michigan doesn’t have it.
Jugga-what?
Bright boy.
This crime screams Death Penalty. When are we going to start protecting children in this country?
He should get the death penalty.
A rapist had killed a 10 year old girl.
The pastor rounded up a group of men and went from house to house searching until they found the man who killed the child.
The pastor then asked the men what shall we do with him. They all agreed the man would be handed over to the girls father and brothers.
The pastors final words to the father was "when you are done with him do not desecrate the soil by burying him in the ground."
The next day when law enforcement came from the city to investigate, they were met with a wall of silence.
